Laser Vessel Removal is the easiest fastest, least painful way to remove broken or enlarged blood vessels, scars, hemangiomas, congenital venous malformations and other vascular lesions is with one of The Dermatology Group's vascular lasers. We have two to chose from; the Candela V-Beam pulse-dye laser or the Candela Gentle Yag laser.

Vascular lasers specifically target blood vessels, destroying fine red and bluish spider veins- even on the face- while leaving surrounding skin unaffected. The vessels coagulate and the body ultimately absorbs them. Depending on the location, size and number of vessels you wish to remove, treatment may take several sessions. Individual vessels on the face may need only one or two sessions. Redness from rosacea may take 3-4 treatments for dramatic improvement. Varicose and spider veins on the legs may require up to three to four treatments which can be combined with injection sclerotherapy.

Generally, the vessels are effectively removed with no "down time" at all. The treated areas may look mildly discolored immediately after therapy, but that usually improves within a few hours.
