This laser is used to specifically target and destroy lentigos (sun spots) tattoos, and any other pigmented lesion without affecting the normal surrounding skin.

Superficial lentigos on the face, hands and body generally melt away within weeks of a single treatment session. Café au lait spots, large moles and lesions with deeper pigment often take several sessions to disappear completely. With a series of Medlite treatments unwanted tattoos fade away leaving normal appearing skin. With the exception of blue/green ink all tattoo colors can be effectively treated.

Most patients don't find the procedure painful, but we can use topical or local anesthetics before the session if you wish. The treated areas develop mild crusting and bruising that go away within a week or two. Men and women with light skin color can effectively remove unwanted pigmented spots and tattoos virtually anywhere on the body.
