Susan B. Rilliet is a certified medical esthetic specialist, licensed esthetician and medical
assistant with 25 years of experience. A graduate of Parsons School of Design,
Susan joined the Dermatology Group after a dermatology preceptorship in Santa
Barbara she is certified in advanced skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. A member
of the American Society of Esthetic Medicine, Susan has trained healthcare professionals
at Kaiser Permanente and Brotman Burn Center in California.

Melissa Astone has practiced as a licensed skincare specialist for the past nine years and joined The Dermatology Group in 2003. Melissa’s specialties include chemical exfoliation, microdermabrasion as well as clinical facials. Melissa customizes treatment programs to address each patient’s unique skincare needs. Her goal is to couple customized, effective skincare treatments with patient education. Melissa is a member of the National Coalition of Estheticians, Society of Dermatology Skin Care Specialists, and the Aesthetics International Association.

| Pennie
DeVore has served many years in the cosmetics industry prior
to joining our medical esthetic staff. Trained in clinical
procedures & certified in skin
resurfacing, Pennie assists teens and adults with acne by
introducing glycolic peel treatments into their regular acne
regimen. Pennie also assists Dr. Nossa providing immediate
post-care for patients undergoing cosmetic laser procedures. |

Kelly is a licensed medical
esthetician with over 3 years experience as a skin care specialist
and over 10 years in the medical field. She is certified
in skin rejuvenation treatments and resurfacing. |
